Short Term Goals

  • Centralizing the official roster in a manner that would ensure we cater to around 40-150 people per program during the coming year.
  • The creation of a halfway home stacked with required resources. Partnering the halfway home, a secure service van that can be utilized to transport patients under dire circumstances.
  • Joining hands with powerful financial stakeholders and staying in touch with our patrons in our community to ensure ample funding for the betterment of our brand. The short-term target for funding hinges around 160K.
  • Building an outpatient facility dedicated to health and wellness for compromised individuals.
  • Ensuring that the name of our institute is well regarded and stands as a staple whenever people in our community refer to behavioral health services.

Long Term Goals

  • With the fulfillment of our short-term needs, the long-term plan will automatically kick off. Our list of long-term requirements focuses on more larger-than-life requirements that require more communal support in the form of donations. We wish to sustain our programs for a long period of time, thus securing renewable grant funding is a viable option.
  • Overtime we plan on expanding our services to more remote areas. Thus, one of our biggest long-term goals is the acquirement of multiple half-way homes.
  • Noting the necessity of expanding services over a wide territory— it’s only fair that there should also be multiple outpatient facilities to comfortably adjust individuals in need.
